I understand that communicating via texting, calling, or email may not always be secure. Dr. Frances Vidot-Hidalgo uses IPlum, a HIPAA-compliant texting, voicemail, and calling app. However, she cannot ensure security on the client’s end.

Dr. Frances Vidot-Hidalgo uses Paubox for HIPAA-compliant email communication. However, please be aware that confidentiality cannot be fully guaranteed in electronic communications.

Texting and email communication will only be used for informational or scheduling purposes unless there is an emergency. Dr. Frances Vidot-Hidalgo will not respond to any communication sent through email or text messages unrelated to scheduling or cancellations. Avoid discussing therapeutic content or seeking emergency assistance via electronic means.

As a current or prospective client, you understand that you can text us STOP at any time to opt out of receiving SMS text messages from Dr. Frances Vidot-Hidalgo, LLC.
